In the unlikely occurrence that any of our public events have to be cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of GreenDrinks LLC, d/b/a Green Drinks DC, we cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the event attendee. We do not offer refunds.
There may be a GreenDrinks LLC photographer(s) present at our events, and by attending, You consent to GreenDrinks LLC using any photos, videos, or any other media of You or that contain Your image, with no compensation, on all platforms, or for all purposes, including, but not limited to, marketing purposes.
You assume all risks associated with your participation at any GreenDrinks LLC event. GreenDrinks LLC expressly excludes liability to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage to You or any personal property left unattended during an event organized by GreenDrinks LLC; or death or any personal injury suffered by You at a GreenDrinks LLC event.
GreenDrinks LLC or their officially designated event management organization in their sole discretion, reserves the right to accept or decline an individual’s registration for an event. Further, GreenDrinks LLC or event management, reserves the right to prohibit entry or to remove any individual whether registered or not, be they attendees, exhibitors, representatives, or vendors, whose conduct is not in keeping with the character and purpose of the event. Without limiting the foregoing, GreenDrinks LLC and event management reserve the right to remove or refuse entry to anyone who has registered or gained access under false pretenses, provided false information, or for any other reason whatsoever that they deem is cause under the circumstances.
No one under 21 years old is admitted and you must be vaccinated for COVID-19 to attend.
